Provelio Services: Provelio have recently provided consultancy services to the University of Liverpool for the development and implementation of Procedural Manuals for Capital Projects and Small Works, including training workshop sessions introducing the new processes and procedures to the University's own in-house project management team.

Provelio have also managed the tender process for the University's Contractor Framework for projects over £1 million. This included drafting the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Tender documentation, plus the subsequent PQQ and tender marking and evaluation process.  Provelio also jointly ran the Parterning Workshop for the successful framework contractors.

Provelio also managed the PQQ process for the Small Works Consultant and Contractor Frameworks.
