To facilitate the required control and predictability we have developed a structured and systematic approach to delivery of our services based on bespoke Office of Government and Commerce (OGC) methods of Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2). This is based upon the key principles of stage and gateway control, formal monthly reporting, a focus on actual deliverables and when applicable, exception reports.
