CDM Consultancy Services

Construction activities, whether large or small, are often prone to accidents and disruption. Good planning, coordination and management of the safety process throughout the construction project is essential, and so is compliance with the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations.

We consider ourselves leaders in the field and use the Stage gateway review system that encompasses industry best practice initiatives.  We go beyond the minimum requirements prescribed by the CDM regulations and add real value to the safety, build-ability and functionality of the built asset.

Legislation requires a statutory appointment of a CDM Coordinator on all notifiable construction projects and defines a level of competency required to complete this role. We are qualified and competent to undertake this statutory duty holder role with experience of managing health and safety on construction schemes ranging from £50k to £1bn within all industry sectors.
