Central Government Project Management

RAF Individual Training

Generated a comprehensive pan-DLOD pan-Defence cost model. The model captured all training outputs delivered through the Defence College of Technical Training under 22 Group. It was built to Defence Cost Analysis and Assurance Service standards to ensure all findings are auditable and stood up to scrutiny.

Programme Chrysalis

A programme of works to relocate high containment facilities from three regional facilities into one. This included the re-provision of high containment laboratories, pharmaceutical production facilities, office and research space and corporate support units.

Police PFI Project

Provided Employer’s Agent services on behalf of UKPMS. Represented the Consortium for the development of 6 new “state of the art” Police Investigation Centres providing 146 custody cells for Norfolk and Suffolk Police.

Planned Maintenance Programme

Providing Central Government Project Management support services to the HM Courts and Tribunals Service’s (HMCTS) Head of Capital Planning. The various projects we supported included the commissioning 300 Fabric Condition Surveys for the whole of the HMCTS estate, providing contract administration and direct liaisons for new asset management software, supporting the M&E condition surveys programme and providing advice on the re-tendering of FM contracts.

Capability Output Costing

Data analysis and modelling of the Land Environment Military Capability Output Costing Study (LEMCOCS). The aim was to identify the cost to defence of policy driven rotary-wing military capability. The project involved the development of the technical cost model with specific focus on equipment support, infrastructure and training delivery.
