Programme Management and Benefits Delivery: Development of a Good Practice Guide

Provelio are pleased to announce they are working with the University of Wolverhampton on a significant piece of best practice research. The project intends to create a best practice guidance document on Programme Management that will identify processes that focus on project selection, prioritisation, delivery, completion and feedback. Examples will be given for methods of planning for desired outcomes and will include post project processes for monitoring the delivery of stated benefits and needs.
This is a 12 months project supported by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) Leadership, Governance and Management Fund.
The project has a steering group to provide valuable input and guidance and has been carefully selected to ensure a wide range of knowledge expertise is available. In addition, the project will be seeking input from other key individuals.
