I joined Provelio after I graduated in 2008, during the last two years we have seen unprecedented growth during a difficult period for the construction industry. The absolute drive and determination of everyone to tackle the recession head on has kept me, as Marketing Manager, very busy! I have been involved in so many different aspects of marketing throughout the whole company – exposure I don’t think I would get anywhere else at this level.
The commitment everyone has to this company and the drive to make it a success is truly inspirational and makes my job very enjoyable! However, it is not all one way, Provelio are dedicated to their staff and
maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction. They are forward thinking in their approach to flexible working and encourage everyone to undertake further education to enhance their career - it really is a two way relationship!
