In my role as project manager my job is to develop an understanding of the clients' needs and priorities and shape a project around them. From procurement, to team selection, programming, phasing and decant, I get exposed to all elements of planning and delivery of projects.
Provelio's approach is not just about on time on budget, it's also about understanding what project success means to the client. I get great satisfaction from speaking to our clients after the project is delivered and hearing how our projects improve the way they work, and what they can achieve.
Provelio have provided me with incredible training opportunities. Since joining the company in 2007 I have completed my PRINCE2 and MSP Practitioner qualifications. I am currently undertaking an MSc in Project Management in Construction, from which I expect to graduate in 2010.
